The Brief
Introduce More Than a Development.
Orchid County needed a project catalogue that could introduce its residential development and communicate the idea of life within it. The publication had to connect the project vision, its setting and its family-focused story.
Our role brought content planning, copywriting and design together. We shaped the reading journey from the opening introduction through to the residential and lifestyle pages, giving the project a consistent voice.
The Approach
Let the Story Breathe.
A deep burgundy cover establishes the visual tone before opening into spacious photographic spreads. Serif headlines and warm accents give the catalogue a considered character, while clear text hierarchy guides the reader through the information.
Garden imagery, architecture and family scenes create a varied rhythm across the pages. The copy and layouts were developed as a connected narrative, balancing an inviting introduction with room to explore the project.

The opening spreads introduce Orchid County and its residential setting. Later pages bring the story closer to everyday life, connecting the development narrative with family and lifestyle imagery.
The catalogue mockups show the design as a publication. Original page artwork is included below to make the typography, image placement and content structure easier to inspect.
